Central Oklahoma Family Medical Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
Blake attended college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He began in 2010 and completed 2 ½ years of undergraduate courses. He was then accepted into the College of Pharmacy in 2013 and graduated from Southwestern with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2016. Blake is originally from McLoud, Oklahoma, there he was involved in basketball and student council. He was also a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. Blake became certified to give immunizations in 2013 and is a member of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA). Blake currently lives in Shawnee, Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching the Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma City Thunder. He likes to spend his free time on the golf course, playing basketball and cooking out with his family.
Pharmacist, Pharmacy Director
Niki was born and raised in Ada. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2001 and a PharmD degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2007. Niki completed a course in compounding techniques from PCCA and was certified to give immunizations in 2006. She is a member of OPhA, ASHP, and ASCP with emphasis on Geriatrics. She loves to volunteer for health fairs and Brown Bag events to review medications for seniors to ensure their safety. Niki currently makes her home in Moore and LOVES spending time with her family. She enjoys cheering for her Sooners and Cubbies as well as participating in anything active. She also loves playing the guitar and singing!
