Chief Medical Officer
Dr. William Chesser joined COFMC as Chief Medical Officer. He has years of experience in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Chesser received his Doctorate Degree of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992 from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Tulsa, OK. He is Board Certified for Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment through American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) and a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association (OOA). Dr. Chesser enjoys raising cattle, swine, and farming. In his free time he also enjoys fishing and camping.
Dr. Baggett attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, American University of the Caribbean, completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma, and studied Pediatrics at Tulsa Medical College. He grew up in Canadian, Texas and has has 1 brother and 3 sisters. He has received specialty training in Addiction Medicine – Behavioral Medicine Pediatrics. Dr. Baggett is affiliated with Rolling Hills Hospital, Ada, OK and Catalyst Behavioral Health, OKC. He has 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys Sailing and motorcycle riding.
Dr. Vest received his BS from the University of Missouri, his MD from St Louis University, and his ENT from the University of Oklahoma. He is affiliated with OSMA, AMA, American College Surgeons, and the American Academy Otolaryngic Allergy, as well as being American Board Certified. Dr. Vest Has been married for 42 years, has three children and four grandchildren. His interests include golfing and OU sports.
Cody Proctor is a Physician Assistant who received his Bachelors of Science at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and his Masters of Health Sciences at the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Cody Proctor is on the National Board of Certified Physician Assistants and is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Physician Assistants. Cody is originally from Lone Grove, Oklahoma and enjoys snowboarding, surfing running, and playing golf. He and his wife have two sons.
Phyllis Wallace is a Nurse Practitioner who studied at the University of Nebraska. She specializes in Family Practice and Women’s Health. Phyllis served two terms on the Nebraska Board of Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Phyllis is an active member of her church who enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Judy is one of our medical providers. She is a graduate of East Central University and the University of Oklahoma. She has over four years of experience in Cardiology and seven years in Internal Medicine. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a certified ACLS. In her spare time, Judy loves to travel, read books, and spend time with her grandchildren.
Mika is a medical provider housed at our Ada location. She is a graduate from Oklahoma Baptist University and has a Masters of Health Science from the University of Oklahoma, Health and Sciences Center. She is presently a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition, she is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant and is a Nationally Certified Medical Examiner for DOT. In her spare time, she enjoys sports and spending time with her family.
