Brenda Ware is our Chief Executive Officer. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from East Central University in 2000 and has been employed at COFMC since 2002. During her tenure at COFMC, she has fulfilled several roles including Laboratory/Radiology Director, Ancillary Services Administration, and Operations Officer. She has been CEO of COFMC since 2012. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Charlie Vest is our Chief Financial Officer. He graduated from East Central University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2002 with a Masters of Business Education. Charlie has been the active CFO since 2012. Prior to that, he has an abundance of experience, holding key positions at Muskogee Community Hospital and Valley View Regional Hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, watching sports, and playing golf.
Memory Coker is our Chief Administrative Officer. She graduated from Konawa High School in 1989. She attended Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, OK, and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1998. She worked as an office nurse and office manager in several private practices until joining COFMC in 2008.
Here she has fulfilled several roles, including staff LPN, Risk Management and Quality Assurance. Memory has been involved in the implementation of electronic health record systems and the training of all clinical staff. In her spare time, Memory enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activites, and traveling to the gulf coast.
Shane Miller is our Human Resources Director. Shane graduated from Cushing High School. He is also a graduate from the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administrative Leadership. Shane has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and served for 21 years in the armed forces. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and shooting.
